How Factview Is Structured

Factview consists of several components that work together to collect, process, and analyze financial data.

The main components are:

Data Import

Financial data is imported using Audit Files, connections to accounting systems, or Excel templates.

The imported data is stored in Datasets, which are used for reporting.

Report Structures define how General Ledger Accounts are grouped and presented in reports.

Reports display financial data based on a selected Report Structure and Dataset.

The Dashboard is the central workspace where reports can be opened, compared, and analyzed.
